Leia Mashaka is a visionary, brand developer and Human Resources Professional with more than 13 years of experience under her belt. The concept of LMC was created to give job seekers and small businesses corporate knowledge without the corporate price tag. Her journey started back in 2004 when she graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a BA Degree in Sociology and a 2nd BA in Criminal Justice. Unsure of what she wanted to do with either degree, she did know the common denominator was people. Helping people. Through her professional career in Human Resources, she gained the knowledge necessary to eventually branch out on her own.
